Additional information about rental rates

• Minimum rental is one week. A 25 % deposit is required to secure the booking. A 300 Euro returnable security deposit is required with the final rental payment and will be returned in full if no damage or loss has occurred. The property is booked from 3pm on the day of arrival through to 10am on the day of departure.
• - Bathroom & pool towels . Linen is provided 2 times per week. Prices cover the stay of maximum 8 persons. Motorboat with the driver--.--charged extra. We can also accept payment: 1. By banker check to the bank account. 2. by MasterCard/Visa subject to a nominal 2% handling charge. Please feel free to ring us or send us an email.
